My Coaching Style 

Using a holistic approach to wellness, I compassionately investigate how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at work and in your relationship(s) lead you to overeat? Does sh*tty sleep and frustratingly low energy levels prevent you from exercising? Are you constantly obsessing over what you should and should not eat and STILL not seeing results? As we work together, we will take a deep dive into how all aspects of your life affect your health (and happiness) as a whole! Spoiler alert: hormone balance is KEY!

Throughout our time together, you’ll experience ups and downs, hurdles, challenges and moments of “weakness.” Why? Because life happens. There will always be birthday parties, celebrations, holidays and social gatherings and there will always be the battling voices in your head. In working together, I’ll provide you with the constant support and tools you’ll need to bust through these challenges and come out feeling confident, empowered and most importantly, guilt-free! We will focus much of our work on discovering the food, drink, movement & self-care practices that work best for YOU and your unique body and hormones. We’ll tap into your body’s unique wisdom and focus on “honest & mindful eating” techniques so you can enjoy life without feeling like you have to count every calorie, track every macro or punish yourself at the gym for eating a certain food. It’s time to ditch the diet because life is so much more beautiful and balanced on the other side!

As your Coach, I vow to be your biggest advocate. The person cheering you on from the sidelines, offering you the support you deserve and providing you with the tools you need to make the choices that fit YOUR body best.

Honest & Mindful Eating - It’s easy to fall into the diet culture trap of eating foods that we’ve been told we “should” either by wellness experts, friends, family, celebrities or social media influencers. What’s challenging is learning what works “honestly” for your body. There’s over 100 dietary theories so if one of them worked for everyone, we’d all be doing it, right? Using journaling prompts and exercises, mindful eating techniques & the power of your intuition, we’ll uncover what really feels good emotionally, physically and energetically!

Cyclical Living- if you are a woman of reproductive age, it is incredibly empowering to understand the four unique phases of the menstrual cycle and how to honor each one with certain foods, forms of movement and self care support. When you start to track your cycle and your symptoms, you will become far more connected to your body and will have the tools you need to level up your energy, improve PMS symptoms, sleep deeper, reduce cravings, boost fertility and bring more JOY to every day life.

Primary Food-We often overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.


Bio-IINdividuality- The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle & preferences.

Crowding Out- Many coaches give their clients a list of foods to avoid which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that work for you (emotionally and physically), you will naturally have less room and desire for the ones that don’t. Simply put, you will crowd out the food not supporting the way you want to feel. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.

Deconstructing & Listening to Your Cravings- Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct & compassionately listen to your cravings and what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony and live in alignment with your body and your hormones.
