Download and print ASAP as this will be your guide for the 6 week “mind to body” reset challenge. Follow the steps listed out to support you and use the daily progress tracker to mark how many of the 6 items you checked off the list. Every week, you will receive a new journaling exercise to support you in doing “the work” and in addition to emailing them to you, I will add them here. This is an INTEGRAL piece of the reset and just like any new habit, it can feel uncomfortable at first but with repetition and a willingness to write in an unfiltered way, you will quickly start to experience the benefits.
Log-into my app and review your DELICIOUS recipe book with macro/hormone friendly recipes. If there is a recipe you want to try but it has ingredients you are allergic / intolerant to or simply don’t like/ don’t have on hand, use this guide to help you make swaps that will be similar in caloric and macronutrient content. You can use the “filter” feature in the recipe book in the app to filter out ingredients you have allergies/intolerances/ dislikes to but this will reduce the amount of recipes you have access to. Instead, consider keeping the filters off and simply make swaps to those ingredients using my guidance/suggestions!
When you’re not making the recipes from my app, try out my “Sexy 6 Formula” to help you build a hormone balancing meal to support improved energy, strength, mood, digestion, cognition & satiety. Experiment with portion sizes to find the amounts that work best for your body and goals. Print and hang this on your fridge and/or download on your phone so you can use it as a guide when you are building meals at home or ordering out at restaurants!

Keep in mind, the ingredients listed in your recipe book (via app) are populated by my database which is why I recommend choosing higher quality options and following these tips when possible. Download the “Clean 15 & Dirty Dozen” list HERE which is put out by the Environmental Working Group each year. The “dirty dozen” is the list of produce items that are sprayed most heavily with pesticides and would be wise to purchase organic . The “clean 15” is sprayed the least and can be purchased non-organic to save money!
As part of the 6 week challenge, I invite you to enjoy one meal or snack away from distractions daily and use my mindful eating ritual as a meditative practice that can help to bring down stress & anxiety, reduce bloating and improve digestion and satiety.
Print this weekly template and use it to create a menu for the week. I suggest choosing the recipes you want to try from the app and adding them into your weekly plan. Use the shopping list feature in the app to shop for your groceries!
